Freshmen Cross Country Team
Desert Vista has a great team, State Runner-Up last year.
They have approximately 60 girls running this year.
They start their runs at 5:15 AM every morning, shower at school and head to class.
Saturdays are trail runs followed by a huge team breakfast at different girls homes.
Races (starting this weekend) are on Saturdays across the valley.
Fantastic sport...
But definitely not for the weak hearted.
