Lesson #3

We celebrated our first "below 100 degree day" last night by a picnic in the back yard.
In true celebration, we completed our evening with what we believe to be an essential to the season...
the Halloween Oreo.
We have sampled every version and flavor of the Nabsisco brand treat and hands down, the Halloween version tastes best.  Honest.  It is a mix between a Double Stuff and a Regular Oreo.  The orange coloring gives it an extra creamy middle.
(Preston eating his very first Halloween Oreo.)

So, lesson #3...
About this time of year, start watching for a small pile to appear in your local grocery store of the Halloween version Oreo.
They come and go quick!
Stock up.
Store for the winter.
Hoard if necessary.
They are THAT good.

We have never tried the Halloween Oreo. I am sad we have been missing them since Halloween is our FAVORITE Holiday. Looks like a fun picnic.

Never having been a fan of Oreos myself, I must try the Halloween version--especially if Preston loves them. They must be delicious.... Love our Preston!!!!!!!
