Did you know that you should use a plastic disposable knife when cutting brownies?
Metal knives rip the brownies apart.
The brownie won't stick to the plastic giving you nice edges.
Knowledge Learned:
While trying to cut two large tray of brownies
at a the Worthen Family Reunion,
Jessica presented the idea.
It worked.
Like a charm.

Not useless! I can't believe I never knew this-- SO many brownies ripped into chunks as I sliced through them. Wait... I guess I kind of like the chunking thing... kind of like maid's pay. I get one bite practically of each brownie that I slice and I don't feel bad since it just "fell off". Thanks for sharing though in case I ever go on a diet. :)
