Willcox, AZ

We spent a day down in Willcox this week and had a great time! It was a bit of a drive... but worth it. We first picked our own apples. While the season is drawing to an end, they only had Fuji, Roma and Granny Smith left. Didn't matter to us!

Next, we moved on to pumpkins, squash, zucchini, peppers, beans, tomatoes and cucumbers. Each of the kids chose their pumpkin right off the vine! I kept trying to convince them to leave the long vines, but they didn't see the beauty in that! Novice pumpkin pickers!
My favorite picture... (check out the size of that zucchini!)

Looks like a great family weekend. Looks like you might be eating squash for a long time :)...

I must know where to go! Kevin and his family always went to pick their own pumpkins as he was growing up. We'd love to go do that!

Ok, so maybe it doesn't even look like fall in Arizona but at least you are doing "fallish" activities. This looks like a cool place.

I love how Preston seems to be a fixture in the Bjorn. You have to have a strong back carrying him around like that!

Beautiful veggies you picked out! What a fun trip! It's my dream to be able to do that in my back yard. :)
