Today was another screening and testing for the baby. Being in the "older maternal age group" has allowed me to know more about this little soul than I've ever known about the other babies before they were born. As with the past screenings, each ultrasound has revealed this little one is a girl... but she has been too active to get a detailed look. Well, like in the past, this little one was moving around like crazy today, but this time evidence was obtained!
SO... first, for Britton, who was stuck in a Houston airport, awaiting his plane to get home, and missed this screening...take a look at your sweet little BOY!

The proof...

And to two little boys who are going to be so excited to hear the news of a new little brother... and two big sisters who will love him just the same...
"Hi guys..."

Yes, this was a surprise! Congratulations. I think he looks like Chloe' --especially his profile. He will make #5 grandson to 6 granddaughters. And we can't wait to get him here! Love, Grammie
Unbelieveable! What excitement! Never a dull moment! I guess you will have to repaint the bedroom! Hopefully you didn't have a chance to get started!!!!
Thank you for the gratitude journal...Madison came right home and started on it!
OHHH! That is so exciting, although Kate is sad! He is adorable!
Look how adorable he is!! I can't believe that surprise, what if you hadn't had that extra ultrasound!!! What a surprise that would have been! I probably would have cried right there at the ultrasound, not because I would have been sad but because that is just too huge of a surprise for a pregnant lady all at once, and alone. Congratulations, I love little boys! what a fantastic post, thanks for sharing!
CONGRATULATIONS! Whoo-hoo! We can't wait to meet the little tie-breaker! I imagine the boys are excited to be in the majority? I know my girls are as they make a special point of it. If I ever have another baby, Grace and Eve have decided it must be another girl.
Oh that's so excited and he's already super cute!
That is wonderful news! I am amazed by the detail that these ultrasounds give. He is as gorgeous as the rest of your crew for sure! Can't wait for him to arrive.
WOOO-HOOOO!!!! Congratulations!! What a fun surprise. I was sure West was a girl until the moment he was born. He looks like a keeper! West needs a good partner in crime.
Wow, I guess there's not disputing whether or not he's a boy!
We are so happy for you guys!!! Those 3D ultrasounds are amazing. How many weeks were you when that was taken?
Poor Britton, I'm sure he was very disappointed that he wasn't there to share that with you. Let's just hope he's not stuck in an airport during delivery!
Congratulations Worthen family! Ultrasound 3-D pictures are so amazing!
So fun! I hope you have been feeling well. Your girls are probably taking good care of you.
He looks adorable already! What a funny surprise after you thought this was a girl!
I love that you are in the older maternal category...I am 35 so if I had another one I guess I would be classified as such. So strange because we are still so young, right?
congratulations on another boy! exciting. i would absolutely LOVE to take his picture once he's here and of the whole gang. i am moving away for the summer, but will be back for a week or 2 in july, so that's perfect! can't wait.
